To confirm your booking, please submit a 50% deposit via Zelle to team@extrahandssolutions.com within 30 minutes to hold your time slot. If you prefer to pay by credit card, please text us at 860-993-8471 or email us and we’ll send you a secure payment link. If the deposit is not received within 30 minutes, the time slot may be released and the booking cancelled. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to help.
Cancellation Policy
Extra Hands Solutions – Booking Policy 1. Appointment Confirmation Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit or full payment is received. Without payment, the time slot remains open to other clients. 2. Deposit & Payment A deposit of 20–30% or full payment (or as quoted) is required to secure your booking. Clients may also choose to pay in full to confirm their appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied to a rescheduled date if proper notice is given. 3. Rescheduling Services may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $50 fee. 4. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance allow deposit credit toward future services. Same-day cancellations result in deposit forfeiture. 5. Access & Preparation Clients must ensure safe and clear access to the property on the scheduled date. If access is not possible or unsafe, an additional trip charge may apply. 6. Weather Delays (for outdoor services) In cases of rain or severe weather, appointments will be rescheduled to the next available slot. We will contact you promptly to confirm your new schedule. 7. Final Payment Balance is due immediately upon service completion unless prepaid in full. Late or non-payment may result in service suspension and additional fees.
